Hello. I am looking for some recommendations for baby products that I should buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated ☺️

Will you be breastfeeding or bottle feeding? If breastfeeding for the love of god get nipple shields, also Lansinoh nipple balm treats pretty much everything but do not use if you are allergic to lanolin/wool, a breastfeeding pillow is also a good shout even if you’re not breastfeeding, I recommend a cold water steriliser over a steam/ microwave one

I agree with the sterilizer, cold water is so much easier, also I recommend a me to you crib, and also skip the Moses basket, unless you can borrow or get a freebie. It only gets used for about 2/3 months if that, get a good lay back bouncer instead.

I pre-bought everything being led by tiktok and youtube 🤣🤣 Now After 12 weeks being a mum I only need handful :

1. Vetech night lamp and sound machine

2. Sling: Wrap one from Amazon for first 3 weeks & Baby Bjorn

3. dock a tot

4. sterilisator UV that dries as well

5. if breastfeeding then pillow bbhugme - very useful for tummy time

6. Hand pump Medela (tried Elvie, Philips and other Medela and all work OK but manual is the best)

7. Silver nipple shields

8. Colief drops if baby has gas

9. Orthomol Natal supplement for mum

10. Ergopouch sleepbag 1 Tog
