Our local play park has been upgraded. The park is lovely but the access is unusable. Parish council couldn’t afford disable access so have supposedly improved access. It is on a rise and a series of twists and turns have been made culminating in a gate at bottom. The gate is directly opposite the fencing and only about a metre with an immediate turn left. A buggy would fit but a pram type pushchair doesn’t. ( or a wheelchair etc..) despite being repeatedly asked to measure and plan the access , unfortunately the lady in charge refused to budge. So we have park with very limited access including if ambulance service needed to get a chair up and down if there was an accident. Nobody’s listening
