The luxury Valentine's beauty kit contains products from MAC, Elemis, Fenty and more and is worth £65 but shoppers can get their hands on one for just £25

There's just over a week to go until Valentine's Day and if you're worried your partner might gift you an overstuffed bear or some petrol station roses, then now's the time to start dropping some serious hints. And by hints, we mean probably sending links to the presents you actually want with the caption 'this please'.

If beauty's your thing, then you might want to consider asking for one of Boots' new beauty boxes. At just £25 it's a steal, and it's stuffed full of luxury brands including MAC, Elemis, Fenty, Ghost and ICONIC London.

Or, if you're flying solo this Valentine's Day then no hinting is needed – this is the perfect treat. And, at just £25 but with nearly £65 worth of products inside, it's a beauty bargain, too.

What's in the box?

Boots' new Love Language box contains five beauty treats from luxury brands, including four mini products and one full-sized item. Inside, you'll find:

  • Fenty Gloss Bomb universal lip luminizer in the shade Fenty Glow – 2ml
  • ICONIC LONDON Kissed by the Sun Multi-Use Cheek Glow in the shade So Cheeky 5g – full size
  • Elemis Superfood glow priming moisturiser
  • MAC MACStack mascara in the shade black – 2.1ml
  • Ghost Deep Night Eau de Toilette Splash – mini 10ml

Four items for free – including 'perfect' Elemis primer

If you're wondering whether to take the plunge and order the box, then some quick beauty maths might help... Individually, these items would set you back £64.73, but the ICONIC London cheek glow is worth £25 on its own, so the rest of the items work out to be free!

Also included in the set is an Elemis Superfood glow priming moisturiser – a full-sized item would usually cost £20.

Fans have been raving about the moisturiser online, calling it 'perfect' and 'gorgeous.'

'Love love love this product, evens out my skin tone and makes me glow, at 56 I need something to brighten my complexion and this does the job brilliantly,' one wrote.

'Better than any glowy base I’ve ever used!' said another. 'The most gorgeous primer, sits so well under makeup. Gives a healthy glow from within that I just love. Couldn’t live without this product now.'

'The perfect moisturiser for a no-makeup, makeup look' a third said. 'I have only been using this product for a few weeks, but it 100% gives me the perfect glow. I use it every morning before work since I don't wear a ton of makeup to work with a little blush and it makes my skin look bright, awake and glowy!'

Other beauty boxes you'll want to know about

It's not just this Valentine's kit Boots has dropped in time for 14 February. The chemist has also released an 'In Love with Luxury' beauty box, which also costs £25 but contains a different selection of skincare and makeup products, including treats from Benefit, Khiels, REN Clean Skincare, KVD Beauty and Lancaster.

If you'd rather stick to just one brand but get some real bargains, then this Clinique box is a real steal, getting you £210 worth of products for just £75.

Or, if you're a Charlotte Tilbury lover, then try this gorgeous Valentine's lip kit for just £39, meaning you're getting a Pillow Talk lipstick for under a tenner!
