I've been at my current property for 1 year now. It's my father in laws property that we rent off him.

We pay all of the other bills and I have a lot of other evidence to show we do live there. I do have one month council tax bill but currently its in my father in laws name.

If I upload the one bill alongside all the other evidence will that get flagged? Not sure if they cross reference the bill with online systems for the borough. Or do I leave the council tax and just upload everything else?

Each Council operates differently but anything not in the correct name will not be counted as evidence of residence.

if you have other evidence I would include that.
