I was taken aback to discover that he had bought four different toys. Although I had joked about using them once before, I never thought he would actually get them for me. Despite being happily married for 15 years and having two kids, I'm unsure how to feel about the gift. Although we have a good sexual relationship, I find it amusing. To be honest, I'm not overly excited about it, but I'm not entirely against it either. "I'm just wondering where he got the idea or if I'm being overly paranoid.

I would say on one hand its nice he is comfortable with toys and he is trying to do something that hopefully you will enjoy but that you can also enjoy together. Maybe talk to him and say thanks for the gift but I would like to know what your thoughts were behind this gift. I would also maybe suggest using them and seeing where it goes - it might be a game changer for you both.

I think once you talk to him it will help.

Maybe he's hinting something 😉 but I'd be excited and happy if my partner did this

Enjoy them :)

Hey J

you say you have a good strong relationship, then what’s wrong with enjoying the pleasures that brings without wondering if it’s wrong too…? It will bring you both closer still….

Okay, so my first thought was, "Where'd he even get that idea?" Like, has he done this before? Definitely not with me, right? So I gotta admit, I freaked out a little. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but since I've never, ever done anything like that, the whole thing makes me nervous
