Hello yes I would like to join I did do slimming world and lost 5 stone in six months. I have quite a few tips.

Sounds good- I started today:


Breakfast -Hovis bread 400g x2 toasted (no butter)

Boiled eggs and 1 tomato


Lunch -Tuna, pasta, onion, sweetcorn with a squeeze of low fat salad cream


Dinner -grilled chicken, peppers/courgette/white rice with squeeze of sirachia chilli sauce


1 slice of Cheddar cheese


Drinks:


Tea with s/s milk x 5

Black coffee x 2

Water 1ltr

May I suggest adding Zumba into that and some weights. You will loose weight faster and tone up while your doing it. I also did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, boy was it tough but it absolutely works. I could see abs I've never seen before 🀣

And I've had 4 children went from a size 18 to a size 10 - 12 in 6 months. Also everything must be low fat or lean, use frylite and grill instead of fry poached eggs boiled eggs but not fried. Have 1 treat a day like a KitKat or something around those sort of calories I was eating lots of salads and lean and low fat everything except for my one treat a day. I am going to do the diet side of it as I have carpal tunnel syndrome and waiting for steroid injections I am really missing exercise. Also daily vitamins swap milk for soya, coconut, nut any of those sorts of milk. I have some recipes on my insta

Low fat everything, frylite, smoothies, lots of water, Zumba, weight training, lots of ab exercises, plank, sit ups, weight training won't make you look masculine because women are built differently it will define the muscle, one treat a day like a KitKat or something with 99 calories. Don't weigh yourself take measurements once a week or so, as when I was doing it sometimes the scales wouldn't move but the inches had come off. If you can try and get into a body pump class but exercise is very important if you want to loose weight fast. Eat water melon that is so good for you because of the water content. If you want to snack reach for fruit or make a smoothie. Jacket potato is filling with a low fat filling or sweet potato with a filling, roasted peppers with rice and mix with something else. Stuffed mushrooms, onion done in the oven, vegetable water from broccoli or cabbage. If you don't loose weight by doing that then there is something wrong. It's harder for me to loose weight because I have polycystic overies and I still lost 5 stone and 3 dress sizes

Seeded bread is better but try not to have to much bread remember the more calories you burn the better. I also used raspberry ketones so you want to be burning off more calories than your eating raspberry ketone helped me with that but don't overdo the exercise to start as you will be very sore
