Ham and cheese wraps for kids

These tasty wraps are perfect for lunchboxes and picnics

  • 2 large tortilla wraps

  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt or mayo

  • Small handful baby spinach leaves

  • 4 slices Cheddar, Swiss cheese or American cheese

  • 2 slices ham

  • 1 large tomato, diced into small pieces

  • 100g tinned sweetcorn, drained

  1. Lay the wraps out flat and spread a thin layer of yoghurt or mayo in the middle of each wrap.

  2. Spread out the baby spinach leaves in a thin layer in the middle of each wrap.

  3. Add two cheese slices and a slice of ham on top of the spinach. Sprinkle the tomato pieces and sweetcorn on top.

  4. Fold in the sides of the wrap so they are almost touching, then tuck the bottom of the wrap and roll up. Cut the rolled wrap into 3-4 smaller pieces.
